Over Pauline / About Pauline

Pauline Oud is geboren in 1963 in Hilversum, en

werkt nu ruim 25 jaar als auteur en illustrator.

Na haar afstuderen aan de kunstacademie in 1985 werkte ze enige tijd als kunstenaar en docente tekenen voordat ze zich volledig richtte op haar

eerste liefde: kinderboeken.

Ze woont in Bilthoven met haar man en heeft twee kinderen en drie kleinkinderen, die ze met veel plezier voorleest uit eigen boeken.

Pauline Oud was born in 1963 in Hilversum,

The Netherlands.

She has been working as an author and illustrator for over 25 years now. 
After her graduation from Art school

in 1985 she worked as an artist and Art teacher for a while before applying her knowledge to her first love: children’s books.

She currently lives in Bilthoven (The Netherlands) with her husband. She has  two children and three grandchildren, whom she enjoys reading to from her own books.
